so, i have some question about the mechanics of reporting any response will be appreciated

when i submit a report, and an action is taken on the summoner reported, will i always be noticed? in other words, if i report someone and no notice come afterwards, would it mean my report "goes to waste" so to say, it was just a spam report?
the fact a summoner is reporting a lot can lead to be seen as a spammer, with the consequence of not taking into account his reports?

System doesn't always notify you if person you reported was punished.

You can report all 9 players in every match, your reports won't become worth less.

The way system works, when you report someone, they become flagged for review in that specific match you reported them in. After system reviews them, if it finds nothing toxic in it, report is discarded. No harm done to person reporting or reported. That is why you should never worry about framers telling you they will x4 report you. If they do and you said nothing wrong, they reports won't mean anything.

then another question arises, since i was once notified of a report of mine taken into account (i admit it was a good feeling) i wonder what the criteria are i recall reporting an user for hacking, maybe it's considered a serious offence and that automatically send a notify?

It's random. There are no specific reports that will be shown over others. You report, they get punished, it might show you they got punished.
