This truly made my day.

So after seven months of honor and no issues, I finally popped off on two games and got a restricted chat. I'm not disputing it, because I had it coming. But this, this is what really made my day today...

I sign in to a game and see someone I've reported at least five times for racist/homophobic comments and some of the dirtiest, most vulgar comments I've seen on here (and that's saying something) log in to the game on the same team. N-word? Check. F-word? Check. You name it she said it, whereas I got my report for calling out two junglers who were not doing their job and in far less abusive wording. So, we load in and I can't get honor but they load in...

..With honor 5. And loading screen flair.

Riot, thanks for making my decision to spend money on the Overwatch summer event instead of the Pool Party one so easy and rewarding! [slayer-jinx-wink]

The thing about the honor system is that it's not under Riot's control who gets to what honor levels. Yes, being reported and punished will lessen the honor that a player has, but playing more games and receiving honors in them can overcome that if the player plays enough, and oftentimes, players will completely forget to report toxic players if they played well. And simply playing a ton of games will eventually generate enough honor to overcome getting less per game because you're being toxic. If anything, a toxic player having honor level 5 really just means that they have no life and probably spam games for 12 hours a day.

Saying %%%%%% and %%%%%% are kind of the weakest insults one can say. it is what the edgy 9 years old say. What really hurts people is constructive criticism, or pressing them on how they are playing. Most people will forget about bad words being say by the game end, but if you really dug into them then they will more likely report. So it is not THAT much of a surprise that some edgy lord throwing bad words around doesn't get reported.
