Jungling in Bronze
Feelsgreat.
I go into a ranked game with jungle camille, get leash from bot, finish my first clear, go up to river to take scuttle, opponent kindred comes to river, pushes me out, and smites scuttle, while my midlane is spam pinging me to gank for absolutely no reason while I'm at 30% hp with an 80% kindred 2 steps away from his lane but unable to gank because minions are on our side of river. I back and return to farm, go to try and take the second scuttle, get pushed out once again by kindred, I'm too low to continue farming so I take raptors and back again. By the time I'm back out of base I'm 2 levels behind everyone else and already getting flamed by mid for not ganking. I clear a couple camps then go and try to gank top. Opponent burns their flash and I go back to farming, then move and gank bot, dying because lane decided to sit under tower and not help me despite my pings, then I get flamed for dying. By the time laning ends, I've ganked mid once more and died, and got two successful ganks on bot. I continue farming, while getting flamed by my entire team for apparently not ganking enough, despite the fact that I'm STILL behind. Our mf bot is 0/5 and decides to follow me around my jungle and start stealing my camps, I recall and she follows me back, until she walks into 4 opponents and dies alone. At this point 2 of our lanes are pushed into inhib turrets and top is down one turret, and I can no longer do anything because they have full vision on my jungle and can come and either kill me, or take my camps then kill me if I try leaving base. After the game ends, entire team decides to report me for apparently trolling.
What the fuck is wrong with people? Firstly, simply because of the fact that I didn't gank as much as kindred due to being behind and needing to farm, I get flamed for apparently not ganking at all? Am I just not supposed to farm, and keep trying and failing ganks because I'm levels behind the rest of the game? Also, if you're constantly dying to ganks, you should not be blaming your jungler for your inability to defend against ganks or avoid getting caught because you're constantly pushing. Mid and bot towers should NOT be down by 10mins. Before laning even ended, kindred had free reign over the entire map because all lanes were pushed in and opponents were scattering vision around my jungle and catching me every time I try taking one of my own camps. By the end of the game I barely had my jungle item completed. People expect junglers to spend 80% of their time ganking, then the other 20% taking dragons/herald, and yet still expect you to keep up in levels and items. When you do camp and end up falling behind and being useless later on, you get flamed for being a trash jungler. If you don't, well it depends how your lanes are doing. If they're ahead, they won't even consider your existence, if they're behind or even and getting occasional ganks from the opponent jungler, they'll flame you for "afk farming", ignore any previous ganks you may have made, troll for the rest of the game, then report you after the game.
Now, I know that I'm not a great jungler, I know that I make bad plays/decisions pretty often, but c'mon. With the way the role is treated by everyone else, I don't see why people hate being autofilled into support. At Ieast there you don't have to worry about playing perfectly and only have to worry about being flamed by one person.
