Is keytweaks bannable?

Recently got a 2 week suspension with no email like a lot of people all on the same date (7/7/16) but there was no explanation. I don't leave, I use keytweaks to unbind my enter key so I can't even open up the chat box in game. Is this why I've been suspended but haven't got an email? What the actual fuck.
