I was told specifically from customer support I was banned and lost all my honor because of arguing, and not the 1 time I used language. To put it into context, the eve was following my duo, who was adc, for a good amount of the game trying to take his farm and was not farming her jungle. She was standing next to our bot lane in exp range for almost 3 mins while the entire jungle was up, not trying to gank, but was just trying to grief. Her duo was the kled top lane and He was going ballistic on me and my duo, who were not rude to them or called them a single bad name during the entire match but was just responding to him. We never said anyone was bad or threatened or even gave up when 3 of them just afked taunted and laughed at eachother for the last 5 mins in our basse while we were 2v5ing trying to play the game. We were not the ones to go out of our way to ruin the game by any means. The cassio mid spent literally 10 mins at the end just following the kled around spamming laugh and nothing else and they were shit talking eachother the whole time. All me and my duo wanted was to just get along, come to an understanding about what was going on and not ignore each other because from our experience when you ignore people they just afk right away. I don't think the ban is justified and really do think should be lifted. I already asked Riot to give me a clear method to communicate with people like this, and not just mute them, because muting is way worse in a team environment when they could be typing out their in game intentions or plays to make as a team.

Tricky one, I think you spend way too much time talking about petty shit that won't help you win the game, but do I think your logs deserve a ban? No. So your account has been suspended, is that right?

The chat is not edited at all and is my entire input for the game. Keep in mind they were being incredibly trolly and verbal all game

First transcript where it is actually hard to find the source of the offence. Here's what I think happened.

  1. There was a series of reports against you. (So games other than this one.) 2 .You typed a heck of a lot in this game. Amazed that you were able to put in so much during one game. The more you type in game, the easier it is a complaint to stick. In short, things can be read into text which may or may not exist.
  2. There are some signs in the chat where you were criticizing other players' play. (e.g., at about 10:36)
  3. The last few lines were flagged by the algorithm: " cass grow the fuck up man just play together ... jsut report her". Telling someone to report another person is technically a negative behaviour that is covered by the Code.

I wish you good luck in your case. It the rest of the evidence is a bit weak, then it could well be one of those cases which gets overturned. Fingers crossed for you.

So basically you retaliated against toxicity with toxicity. Something you do quite consistently since you didn't use any racial slurs or any other offensive slurs. You just blamed players, insult them, calling them out, constantly fighting, spamming the chat with a negative response, demanding players to shut up, and doing other inflammatory activities according to Riot Support. And here you are, questioning your penalty?

This is something you do consistently. Meaning, quite often. You went through a couple tiers to get to this point. You did and said everything you'd never do before you even downloaded the game. Quite honestly, what are you trying to get across?

That you didn't deserve it? Get behind the thousands of other penalized players who went against the policy who said the exact same thing.
