A way to retain your rank from your old account onto a new account

My friend is a hard working person and he blew up this one game and got banned on the spot except for the guys griefing. I think its fair to permanently ban someone because of their behavior. But I think that it sucks to start all over again on your rank, I get that people are toxic but I think its not fair to start over because of how hard you work to reach that level of play you had on your main. I think after you get banned riot should send you a code that you put into a new account that gives you your rank back. I think it should only be your rank but nothing else. If its an account thats not level 30 yet, it should wait till youre 30 to do it. Thats just my opinion so what do you guys think about this?

The idea behind a perma-ban is that we want them to stop playing League of Legends. It is a way to remove unwelcome players from the community. We don't want them to make a new account. We certainly don't want to create an incentive to create a new account.

It must have been really bad to escalate to a permaban for just one game. How about you show us the reform card so we can see what happened?

I think after you get banned riot should send you a code that you put into a new account that gives you your rank back.

If you're permabanned, Riot generally wants you to find other things to do with your time.

Yes, when people are permabanned, they lose their accounts as well as access to all the virtual goods that they had acquired on them (skins, RP, etc). But that is kinda the point of having a permaban as the final tier of punishment. It's meant to be a major deterrent, to try and discourage people from doing the things that would result in getting one. If it wasn't a big deal, then no one would care about getting banned.
