Where can I submit a screenshot to provide more evidence of a report that should result in a ban?

I won't submit it here as I've discovered it to be against the rules with my last thread being deleted. This is another issue entirely, and even more trollish than the first.

This player's ADC choice was picked by the other team, so he decides to punish us by trolling, like it was our fault. See the pic I attached. I cut his name out of it so I can't be accused of the reason my last post was deleted.

This progressed into abandoning his bot lane and coming top to mine to mess with my stacks as Nasus, intentionally feeding and doing anything and everything possible to make our experience terrible because he didn't get the ADC he wanted.

I want to see some action carried out for this. It's ridiculous. This is too common of an occurrence when someone who knows there's a penalty for dodging intentionally trolls you in champ select because they know you;re stuck with them for the entirety of a game.

Also, I find his summoner name offensive. It suggests he's a veteran of the armed forces when he very clearly is not.

Am more than happy to submit the full screenshot to any Riot employee.

You open a support ticket on the Riot Games Support site, and there should be a space for attachments after your blurb about what your problem is that you're reporting.

scroll up and click on the "support" tab. Submit it under "I have a question about League of Legends" and put "evidence of intentional feeder" in the subject box. Make sure you also tell them that you know you won't get notified if the person gets punished but that you're trying to help them out.^^

I tried to take that route. It won't allow me to submit anything... It just refers me to the boards.

I've had the same issue, so I put it under "technical issues", since those are read faster, and I label the subject matter "missing tabs", they just forward it.
