When you modify the client its sometimes recognized as an attempt to cheat by Riot. So I just report them in hopes that its recognized as such and get banned. It has worked at least once for me.

The funniest part is that Riot almost never reverse those and they don't tell you the cause of the ban.

But in general anyone who spams mastery emotes annoys me, so if I see that they bound it I just report it.

Umm...its not modifying the client they GIVE YOU a spot to change it in the options.... and you can do both at the same time...bind both mastery and r to the same key....

The Instant Feedback System does not handle those, so you will never receive a notification for it. It was for another, likely chat related, offense.

You could also just check their op.gg and notice they haven't played since that one game you reported them (9 days ago) and infer that they got banned.

Of course after checking that they normally play at least 2-3 times every day every week... They could also be dead too but that would be horrible.

So you got someone banned for one doing whats allowed to modify the in game options to change bindings. Two you got someone banned for annoying you wow why aren't you banned instead?
