Ranked Dodging

I think that dodging should not have penalties as harsh as there currently are. For example, I just dodged from a lobby where there were two people that hated each other from a game they had just played, and both of them said they were going to troll and were screaming at each other.

I think occasional dodging should be allowed for situations such as these ^.^ I don't think losing LP because you're dodging from a game like that is right.
