Why is there a massive amount of int'ers lately?
Seems like almost every game there's one person who just wants to ruin the game for everyone, sometimes for the dumbest of reasons. Can we start IP banning?

IP banning is never going to be a thing in LoL. Some people play at colleges and/or share their internet with roommates.
The problem isn't solely intentional feeding, but snowballing in general is a huge problem. If two players are about equal skill, and one person gets 2 more kills and a few more cs (+ free farming) than the other, majority of the time that means game over. This makes intentional feeding have way bigger of an impact than it should. I don't have any solution, they want fast-paced games and the only way I can think to counter that is to make it slower paced (less gold reward) but they won't do that cause esports.
