People stalling games is toxic

Literally every time I think to come back and play this game the same thing happens. I try to play a game to refresh myself and I get pubstomped. In a normal score is 50 to 27 and this premade team of 4 invades as well while I was jungling. They proceed to push no objectives and stall the game so they can sadistically farm kills. People need to know that league of legends has a check box for if it is fun. Are you winning? Losing does not feel good in this game at all. Especially when an enemy team can just stall. Why is the score 50/27 and 37 minutes in and the game isn't over. You call people out about it and they're toxic. Before you say, "Just surrender." You can't, your teammates are also so fucking petty they will trap you in a game they can't win just to waste your time. Stalling a game is bad sportsmanship and should be reportable. I'm pretty sure in LCS you can get fined for stalling a game, so why is everyone so petty they waste your time because they are having fun and don't care they are making 5 other people miserable. I really enjoy the characters the game has but you can't go one game without someone who has to pad their ego and stall the game so they can feel good about themselves a little bit longer. I mainly used to play ranked when I was more active so the loss aversion is burnt into me. Being trapped you bet I alt f4'd at 34 minutes since teammates and enemies literally try to bait you into being verbally toxic or into leaving with both the enemy and your teammates stalling.
