Why doesn't RIOT have ban tracking like Valve (steam)?

You'd think this company would have a department that is in touch with current working business models and processes that other successful companies use. Or does all the money it makes go into trying to promote e-sports to china?

China as a whole is actually more of a Dota's man than a fan of League. Hence if they're actually doing that they have some way to go.

Not to mention a ban tracker serves no purpose other than promoting a revenge mentality, I don't think it should even be a thing. It's Valve's choice to have that but I don't think it should ever be a standard.

No, I didn't. When someone was found out to be doing that, they got banned and their games erased.
