Fun game getting 3v2 under tower and ur mid just flames u. enemy bot blows summs after dive. and jungkle says i dotn gank lanes that are dieing like. wtf. and flames more.
This game legit seems to not care about toxicness or anything. yea i see "bans" here an there on forums but like wth. Even i lately trying to not flame or rage i cant. im tryign hard but this is legit stupid.

You just contradicted yourself - people can't get banned for toxicity if the game doesn't care about it.
The existence of something doesn't mean that it's okay - that's like saying the police don't care about murder because murder still happens. Obviously you're still going to see toxicity because people can't be punished until they've already consistently been toxic (and been reported).
