i wanted to see if jg soraka worked noone said anything to me that it would not work intil 8 min in the game died a few times to jg and the vayne that was criticizing me entire game fed like a mofo
their shaco mostly farmed his own jg and the ocasional gank and did not cj intil like 15 min in
i know now that it does not work but since i tried it is it bannable for when i was checking if it worked in normals?
No it is not
i thought that because of her passive when other friendly champs are low health would help me get to their lane faster
What part of soraka's kit made you think that she would do well in the jungle?

I don't think it's inherently bannable, no. It's circumstantial though -- if it was picked to mess with someone specifically, it's probably bannable. Just playing it isn't though. :)
I do wonder, however, why you wouldn't first try something this crazy in a custom game or a game vs. AI. I also hope you communicated your intent to try something unusual to your teammates and were legitimately trying your best to win, since failing to do either of those with something this unusual is an unwelcome thing for your allies.
you probably better trying out different configurations in a practice game.
I've seen people make Jg Soraka work, so it's probably more about your runes / mastery / kiting skills / pathing.
I think you should be honored for not going first time soraka jungle in ranked.
