Is Riot aware of the amount of bots in the game?

lately I've played 4 coop vs Ai games and every one of them have had a bot (playing in the humans team). They just push mid untill they die again and again, it's really not hard to spot them.

In my opinion they should be banned before the account is sold, is there any way I can help? Reporting them is already beeing done but it's still full of them
