I don't know if it's intentional or not (any info about this are very appreciated) but building Death's Dance on Malzahar doesn't heal him when the Voildings attack minions, structures, champions or monters.
I don't think the list of steps to reproduce are needed, but I suggest not taking runes and masteries with healing while testing this to make everything simpler
I cri when no one believes me on getting DD on malz...
Please fix rito and bring Malzahar into the glorious age of super diverse build paths (which is kinda getting covered up by all the extra costs for useless crit chance)
It would make SOME sense, since they're not a spell and that's spellvamp... but the fact that they don't apply gunblade is downright outrageous.
Voidlings don't proc anything but BC.
Okay first im going to go ahead and say it, This is an impressive Necro
but im also going to say that if such outdated information is allowed to stay and be continually commented on, necros are required and shouldve already occurred
now then on to the OP's question I have just a min ago (within the hour) tested this, and yes Death's Dance does work with Malzhars AA, Abilities, and his Voidlings, not only that but Spirit Visage boosts DD's proc, enjoy this info future readers! ^_^
