I won't report anyone anymore

2 games ago I reported a Darius that spent the whole game insulting both us and the enemy team, he also spent a few minutes afk in base because he had so many people to insult he couldn't play at the same time, No message told me that he's beeing banned, so I have to assume that Riot's criteria regarding behavior are too different from mine. Since my standards about teammates behavior aren't the same as Riot's, reporting people would only create false report and I don't want to make the behavior bot waste time.

You should actually continue reporting (when you have a good reason to do so). Reports help the system know what the community considers unacceptable behavior.

They only notify you if he's been banned/chat restricted/ranked restricted soon after you've reported them.

The way that I've heard the system worked, this message shows up for individuals who submitted the report that gets the individual banned. For instance, if an individual is generally negative for a good amount of time and ultimately doesn't show signs of reform, the player(s) who submit that last report of negative attitude that result in a punshiment will likely be the ones to receive this message.

Not everyone receives a notification for players who are punished with reports and the Player Reform system even if the player does ultimately get suspended or a chat restriction. If you have any questions about the reporting system, I would love answer them for you!
