Does dodging a game during champ select effect your honor?

Probably. I'd bet champion / role choice directly affects honor gains too. Honor is so inconsistent there have to be nefarious things Riot is not telling us about the algorithm, or straight up lies involved. Likely support or fill gives double honor.
I know for a fact from experience playing light vs heavy and getting near-exact checkpoint times that honor is time-gated and that you can't just grind games, but not sure what the daily max honor gain is. Riot claims this is not the case but I am 100% certain they are lying about this and daily honor progress is capped somewhere around 3-4 games where you get honored + bonus honor.
