Light trash talk is generally fine, though if I were in your shoes I wouldn't risk it.
To be safe, refrain from using chat except to suggest strategy or congratulate your team on good plays. "Defending yourself" against flamers should take the form of simply muting them. Trolls should be ignored and not fed. Don't call for reports; if somebody needs a report against them, just quietly do it yourself. Arguments are never worth participating in mid-game. Make peace with the fact that you're going to have approximately a 50% losing rate. If you're tilted, take a break.
Better don't say anything that is not "Wanna baron/dragon?" "can i have blue/red?" "Thank you" "Where do u want pink?" For a while at least. Wait for your punishment tier to drop and then u can start talking normally again
I would avoid "rekt". I think "?" alone isnt bad, as long as you dont follow up with a complaint about their play. Like if they respond to it, and it turns into an arguement.
No, you should be fine. You can say "?" and "Rekt" all you want, you can even call them noobs. Throw in an occasional L2P , you definitely will be fine, don't worry.
