Always When I'M Top Lane being as a New Champion fresh off the shelves for me.
Whether it's 
Bot lane ALWAYS FEEDS. Going on my 3rd time as i get to pick My TEAM, but yea the majority of the time Bot lane will feed.
Just wait & see Bot lane will feed again regardless of teammates. In the end my Theory Stands100%. Riot Your TB MMR Is GARBAGE.

Not true, there is an mmr but it is situational to champion/roll. It does not work like any other queues.
