I need to know, is this behavior toxic?

So i just got off a game pretty confused. I like to joke by saying "worth" after dying and not getting anything out of it. Even the enemy laner was playing along like they always do. But yeah, it's all I kept saying in all chat. Is that in any way toxic? because later on, the varus I was against said I was toxic even after he played along for a bit... Of course, i asked why, no reason provided other than that i was remuted. Blitz did say : "to sum it up , you talk too much." Is talking verbal abuse now?

Then, I say "bye bae" to my team mate vlad, after both of us got flanked. Then he tells me to kill myself? I of course, asked why, he said because I was an obnoxious prick who says "bye bae." (I have pics). Then lucian goes onto to agreeing with him. Telling the enemy team i'm toxic. Um hello, did you read vlad's message?

Is there something I'm ignoring here? Were they right about me being toxic? it's pretty much the first time I get an experience of the sort. People playing a long with me usually and what not. What am i missing?

It's just annoying as shit if you're spamming the same thing over and over again.

Toxic? Not at all. This community, however, seems to think everything is toxic for some reason. All I would do is mute you....but I actually have a full functioning brain.

To me it sounds like banter that went out of hand. It might not be a bannable offense in itself, but I would always stay on the safe side and stop talking if your or the enemy team gets salty because of it. It may be considered unsportsmanlike to keep chatting although it annoys everyone.

One single line? Probably not an offense. Continuous chatting that annoys people? Probably a small offense.

It's hard for me too because I enjoy chatting and a few of the most fun games i've had contained a lot of /all chat banter, but i guess that's just how it is.

Doesn't sound like you were being toxic but it's hard to tell without the complete chat logs.

I love it when a game has some playful banter but some people are so on tilt from previous toxic players that I can see how they could construe banter for toxicity. If that happens I'd say something like "sorry. Just trying to lighten the mood with playful banter. Didn't mean to offend anyone." That way if they try to report you there is some strong evidence that you're being polite and amicable and they're the ones being toxic.

Right now, nothing on here sounds like it would get you punished. Also, people get reported all the time, but if the chat logs are good and clean with no toxicity then the report is thrown out and people are generally safe. Also, posting your chat logs on here might help. Again I see nothing wrong with this.

I see worth as a meme. I don't report it. But kind of like spam emoting if it's said over and over and then the person says one other thing that is rude, I tend to report, where if they didn't I would prob let one comment or two slide.

I am talking about more along the lines as "wtf this vlad, report" or other bm stuff, but that may be where they are coming from.

If you didn't post anything else you should be fine? They may be on the tail end of a few stressful games and reading it with the wrong tone.
