I will admit that this is pretty minor, but here's what I see. You're creating a negative environment with everything that you're saying. There's really no reason to keep saying "gg" multiple times in a row like that. Whether it was in a span of a few seconds or minutes doesn't really matter, because all that does is just bring team morale down.

To me, it's pretty obvious that you held something back purely because you believed your teammates didn't deserve it. You're not cooperating with your team because you've essentially already forfeited the match in your mind, making it even harder for your team, who may actually still be trying to win, to claim victory.
Also, something you need to understand is that while this may be the only chat logs you received, it's NOT the only thing you were punished for. You are punished when you show a history of bad behavior, however the system tends to only send you more recent examples. So it's very likely that there were other games where you showed bad behavior, possibly worse than this.
Of course, maybe the chat restriction is uncalled for, and based on this chat log alone, I personally understand why you and others would think so. I mean, I wouldn't want someone like this in my games, but even so it's still pretty minor.
If you wish, you could always submit a ticket to support asking for another review of your account just to make sure. I believe they will also send you some more chat logs of what got you punished if you ask. Just remember, it might take a while.
