Clean slate?

I don't think people should be forgiven for being banned. I'll use my own experience as an example. My leaver buster is up to 15 minutes, due to DNS issues I was having. When I put in a ticket about how I didn't deserve these leaver busters, I was informed that I did deserve them. When given the logic that I should not be queuing normal games knowing I've had issues recently, I decided they were right. I have since fixed the issue and haven't had an afk round since. My question though, is there a span of time that I can go without afking that the leaver buster will go back to zero? Does anybody know? If not that sucks but I'd understand. NOTE I'm not leaver bustered right now, I am just curious.

No. It's accumulative.

It does go away. I have had leaverbuster go up to 15 minutes because I was having net problems as well, but I haven't gone afk since and after 1.5 months a notificiation from riot came in my client, thanking me and saying that my profile status has improved. I don't know how much time it takes exactly but it does go off and now my leaver buster is back to 5 minutes again.

It does go down, but it is with games played without leaving, not time. Essentially leaverbuster is looking at the percentage of games you leave.
