There isn't, and never will be, a definitive list. Toxicity takes many forms, comes in varieties from excessively minor to terribly egregious, and changes from year to year as behaviors change.
In general, "don't be a jerk" about sums it up. Don't harass, insult, threaten, belittle, or troll other players (although playing what you want isn't necessarily trolling even if it's weird).
Did you actually get banned? Because a bunch of people told you how to avoid further action when you made the post about your 25-game restriction.
