The Reporting System Is Useless

The number of times in recent games that I've had someone; -Tell me in no uncertain terms that they are either going to int and/or afk. -Do that very thing for the majority of the game -Brag about getting away with the thing in post-game lobby And don't get punished? It's really stupid. I'm not even talking about the whole "iTs JuSt a BaD gAmE" nonsense, I mean someone literally tells me that they are going to int and lose on purpose and they are still playing games.

The amount of people I see getting the boot for being mildly negative in the chat is absurd considering these people are getting off scot-free. At least I can mute someone who is being toxic. I can't mute the 7 deaths the Katarina jungle just had five minutes into the game after telling me that I was going to "Enjoy my game :)". Blitz ADC walking straight under turret five times in a row after telling me to "get fucked". These are some of the most blatant cases I've ever seen in League and: Reporting them doesn't work, you can't call them out on the boards, and Riot has no actual ticket system for this kind of shit.
