Toxic players in Coop - AI vs ranked/pvp question?

This is my first post on the board so I'm sorry if I'm doing this wrong >< I've been going through a lot of posts on here so if my question was answered, but a lot of posters are ranked and are having issues in games that aren't bot games. I'm not quite there nor am I skilled enough to be ranked so I am playing a lot of bot games. I come across a lot of what I guess is called toxic players in these and they are normally lvl 30, have honor badges, ribbons or the plat. bronze, etc borders? And since they are playing beginner bot games - there are a lot of new players (you know; lvl 6 or 14 and still getting the hang of league). They tend to put down and look down on these players ordering them to go to certain lanes, swearing at them if they don't use an attack right, racial comments, telling them how bad they are at the game, etc. Now my question is - is there anything that can be done about this? (I myself only started playing over a month ago and am still getting the hang of the game). Running into people like this makes for a terrible experience and all I can do is block them. Along with that, I was wondering if this is even an issue that will matter since it's "just bot games" ?

A suggestion that my friends and I have thought of was if there was a way to separate these more experienced players when they want play bot games - from the newer ones who are still learning o;
