Great game design!

Between Cho'Gath, Zac and now this abomination, Riot's "balance" team is really hitting 'em out of the park lately.

You could just use Braum to block the first part of the ultimate and not the second. Then you don't have to worry about that happening.

This video happens quickly but if I understand correctly, Braum jumps in between the R1 projectile connecting on the low-health ally and the R2 chains being triggered. If Braum were there a little earlier to block the R1 projectile, his 100% health would prevent Urgot from being able to trigger the R2 execution. It's a very narrow case and I don't expect it to be a problem.

Just gonna say half the people in this thread are seeing what's happening way wrong. Urgots ultimate is a 2 part ability. The first one being a skillshot that damages and slows (in this case it hits Xerath in the video). The second part is a targeted projectile that begins from Urgot towards the individual hit by the initial skillshot, the path of the projectile makes it blockable by Windwall and Unstoppable. However, in the case of Unstoppable, projectiles are not erased but rather redirected to hit Braum instead, so when the 2nd part of Urgots ult is redirected towards Braum, he is instead suppressed and pulled in. Ergo, it's an interaction that makes complete sense from a game standpoint.

Given that he's full HP but got executed anyway, I'm gonna say this is probably gonna get fixed soon. Like with the Baron one-shotting Braum if he had his shield up.

But it's the ultimate sacrifice move. If you're going in to protect your carry and are not willing to die (within reason. I'm not going in if I know there's no chance for them to escape and thus giving the enemy two kills) to protect them then why are you playing Braum?
