PVP ARAM filled with Bots?

So I decided to play ARAM, I was in a good mood so I unlocked a skin boost but no one used the skins. Now, I just figure they either didn't know how to pick it or are just rude. WHen the game starts, my teammates all walk in a cluster and are just in a ball kind of behind the turret. I am not sure what to make of that. Now throughout the game my 'team' wasn't aggressive at all, either just standing back or attack minions, they hardly attacked the turrets or inhibitors. As for the opposing team, they weren't aggressive either even when I was close to being dead. I'm really not sure how to describe how my game went and it really could have been real players but I think all of them were bots aside from two on the other team (they were the only two to leave the room at the end of the game.) How do I get this looked at and is it something I could get RP refunded for if it was bots/third party system because I feel a little ripped off there ;w; (sorry, I know that's rude of me)
