I cant' stop flaming, that's simply it. I'm on my 24th account and it's got a 2 week ban right now. What do I actually do? I don't want to flame, not at all. IN fact I usually make an effort to encourage my team. But after large losing streaks, when my support says "gg" after one death and starts running it down, and my jungler starts abusing me for not helping in an invade where I had no priority? It can really make you snap.

I dont want to get permabanned again. I love this game I do, and I dont wanna quit.

Is there anything I can do to calm down? A champion with relaxing quotes maybe, that is fun to play. (I'm a mage main). I'll take absolutely anything. I need to improve myself and I truly dont deserve to call myself a member of the league community. I say truly awful things and I'm ready for it to stop.

It is something you have to figure out for yourself. What may work for some, won't work for others.

I switch game modes if one stresses me out too much, or play another game entirely for a bit. For dealing with stuff IN game, I keep water nearby to drink (balance out the salt levels =p) and/or speak out loud instead of type.

Biggest thing you can do is realize that no random person on the internet is worth risking an account you put time into.

Ivern is a champ with relaxing quotes, but he is SOOOOOOOOOO not a mage.

Commonly, the people whom are toxic accuse people whom are bad as trolls or are inting. First thing you need to accept, people are bad at different aspects of the game.

Someone might have awesome map awareness, but sucks at positioning. Some people may suck at laning phase, but do well in team fights. Some are all mechanics no brain, some are the opposite with all the knowledge but none of the mechanics to back it up.

Secondly, you need to identify within the game which players are the ones whom need the help most. Can the person who is ahead 1v9? Can the person who is behind be untilted? Can the enemy who is ahead be slowed down? What can you do at that time to snowball even further or prevent the enemy from snowballing? When something is going wrong, either with yourself or with others, identify how they can get back in the game. When you are busy problem solving, you don't have the time for blaming.

I want to say /mute all, and if that does not work, someone said you can unbind your enter key thus making you unable to talk. - Easy out.

Find out why it is you flame, and work on the reason itself. - signifigantly harder as it involves actually learning and curbing yourself.

search how to unbind enter key, and /fullmute all every game
