Had my first EVER chat ban for 10 games the other day, also with slow Q times.
Did those, played nice, still says after like 15 games I can't win prizes even though Im getting S's . If the punishments are over, why can't I get boxes or keys?
It's going to be a while. You've got to convince the system that you're positive, not just neutral, now. Be friendly to everyone in game, give out honors and say "honor all" at the end.
loot is for positiv players and it can take a long time for you to redeem yourself as a positiv member of the community. stay positiv and you will get loot again at some point

Hayes (NA) - 2 minutes ago i was toxic by calling out the people on my teams who were feeding. I used bad language thats wrong, but apparently going 4/15 is perfectly acceptable
We all know that language alone doesn't cause a ban, unless so rude most of us don't care about a few curse words.
I want to see the message Riot gave you for your ban! Provide that and we can talk :) K ?
