Trigger Words
I was repeatedly flamed by someone who replaced the g’s in certain trigger words with q’s and misspelled some others intentionally. Does this get them a ban or does this person avoid the system?

If you are concerned, you're always welcome to submit a support ticket and they can review it and make sure appropriate punishment was applied.
Keep in mind if they said faq or similar (a word similar to hate speech but that is a word in its own right) they may give benefit of the doubt if context does not heavily suggest the hate speech.
I think I read somewhere that the instant feedback system has learning capabilities, so if a lot of people start using misspelled insults it will pick those up fairly quickly.
