No, but the chat is recorded. If you play the game out, report them afterwards, and type in the additional comments box something along the lines of "see pre-game lobby chat" or "see champ select chat." The system stores it and can review it at any time.
Or take a screenshot and send a Support Ticket
But that's for future reference... guess It's too late now.
....i see that and think "just another day on the rift". Especially on the weekends/holidays when the kiddies are playing.
