Gonna keep posting until this is fixed. [AFK-ish players]

Yet another game where my mid and jungle flamed each other at minute 5, jungle proceeds to do nothing the rest of the game, spends time afk in bushes, passively farming, and randomly ulting people. Inted a winnable game away, but doesn't really look like it to any sort of bot that would monitor inting.

This happens every 1/4 games now, there's no punishment, so people keep doing it.

Please fix your game riot, this isn't fun any more.
