25 Game Chat Ban After Being Harassed

You can pretty well tell what was going on from the chat log without seeing everyone else's chat.

One game of chat logs in a game i was being blamed and harassed every minute by MY ENTIRE TEAM. But ya let's punish the person who stayed calm despite being harassed the entire time.

Guess I am just going to have to be one of those people to /all mute at the beginning of every game.

Example of riots faulty system. They wont admit its faulty but if you send a ticket and talk to a real human after they send you three automated emails you should get it lifted.

Riot's ban system is just WAAAAY too inconsistent. You can literally play hundreds of games and build up your honor level and wham!, the negative stars align, and you're put into a team where EVERYONE is trolling you for some reason. You become slightly bad-mannered because of the constant abuse, not "toxic" mind you, just slightly bad mannered like the post from this game. Then based off that ONE game where you got 4 reports from your flaming team members for barely anything and now you're slammed with a chat ban and put "in the system". The system was originally suppose to ban only consistent bad behavior and the worst of offenders. It now bans players who have 1 or 2 bad games out of hundreds when they get on a horribly bad mannered team. It's shameful.

The sad thing is the people flaming him reported him for toxicity. There will never be justice against these people. The only solution is to completely ignore anything negative your team says regarding the quality of your play and focus on winning. The mute button helps because even spending a moment reminding yourself to ignore them will take your focus away from the game and will cause you to make mistakes. Nobody in solo queue, with rare exceptions, will ever criticize you in a way that helps you improve. They will never explain your mistake, how to prevent it next time, what might have made you make it etc. They are just salty and toxic, nothing good or useful comes from their communication with you. There is also no use in replying to them because they are like brick walls. The only thing that can enter their head is that they are amazing and their team is bad, everything else just goes in one ear and out the other.

saying you're going to report someone is IMO toxic. Either report them if they're being toxic or don't report them but saying that you're going to report them or asking others to report them isn't good behavior. Using the F word is semi toxic also especially when you're giving someone advice. Be kind when giving advice understanding that they are probably tilted from making a bad play and cussing will only incite them further.

Since you posted your legit logs and I read them, I can agree you didn't deserve a punishment from that game. However, you still have usually 1 or 2 more games that go along with that to get you a ban.

Don't trust people who copy paste their chat logs over screenshotting it. They could easily cherry pick what they want to be shown. He could've deleted anything that made him look toxic.

You can get rid of your 25 game chat restriction before the season ends by playing doombots. 15 minutes per game = 5 hours to get rid of 25 game restriction
