LeaverBuster - A Bit Harsh?

So, let me start with this: I have no issue with the leaverbuster system as a whole. It seems a viable way to stop people from leaving.

However, I recently had a string of really bad games, and I'll admit, I left a few. However, it's been, what, 6 months since I last got a leaverbuster? Since then I've been playing without leaving consistently for months, and yet when I get the low priority queue, it's 20 minutes long. I feel like that's kind of stupid, since I've gone months without doing much to garner its wrath. Maybe I'm just some stupid Bronze player talking out of his ass, but I just wanted to share my opinion.
