Riot banned me without offering any chatlogs or evidence at all.

I am hardly a toxic person. After serving a 10 game chat restriction i went on to play roughly 70 games without issue, until I tried to log in today and was "suspended". No reform card, no reasoning as to the due process behind this suspension, can't even log in to the account to view the reform card which should be allowed during suspension, all I got was a vague link to the ticket center saying I threatened someone. Being the confused and well behaved summoner I am, I sent out both a ticket and a boards post earlier today asking for the specific reason I was banned, chatlogs or evidence if any. Riot once again failed to provide any sort of indication as to why I am suspended, answered my ticket with a generic copy paste, and closed the ticket without offering any sort of discussion as to how this matter would be resolved. If I was presented evidence that I had indeed violated the summoner code or TOS I would be more than willing to serve out the 2 week ban, however after only saying "Nope you did this" as the only indication of any wrongdoing I have done, I could not be more livid. I will send out another ticket, but I hardly think they will take it seriously either.

UPDATE They responded to my other ticket, and just said nope to allowing me to see the alleged "threat" I made. I cannot even know what I did wrong if i did anything at all. UPDATE NUMBER 2 I asked again, they gave me a copy past response again. I guess I am not even allowed to learn from my mistakes if I had any at all. Company policy to not even provide info pertaining to myself? What a joke.

You are saying wayyyyyy too much in that ticket.

Just ask "can you provide me with chatlogs for the games I was punished for?". Use that exact phrase, don't say anything else.

Spam them with tickets until you get one guy with a functioning brain, i do not see any other solutions....

I don't really understand your issue? Riot doesn't ban people because they feel like it, nor do support staff lie in response statements on tickets. Remember? YOU are the CUSTOMER that riot depends on to spend MONEY, so that they can remain in business.

You don't need logs or an excuse, you were told why in your support ticket, they said you said things that "could be considered" threats to another player.

Maybe you didn't even threaten someone, maybe you were duoing with a friend and said "i'll kill you" because he took ur red buff and it was just friendly banter between buds.

But whatever you said "could be considered" a threat to someone.

You probably just said some random shit and some butthurt 14 year old reported you because he was salty about losing because LoL is all he has and he gets bullied at school.

It unfortunately doesn't even matter about what you said. Whatever was said, offended someone(unlikely... but they reported you so that counts as though you did anyway...)

Why? Because riot for some reason got EXTREMELY sensitive this season, way more people than ever are getting punished for simple minded bs. I got a 10 game chat restriction in May that lost me my entire seasons rewards because I "complained" in two games(as provided in logs) that one person in each game was literally suiciding in the enemy jungle on purpose.

Maybe your just full of it and you literally did tell someone to kill themselves in the chat or something, I don't know. Maybe you just said some banter and some dick reported it.

Only you know what was said unless you've forgotten, but riot has no reason to lie.

If the support person says you did something than you did it bottom line.

Take the ban and move on, you can literally only threaten someone by typing in game, so if you really want to avoid all the butthurt sjw hero's in game that are reporting you if you ask them to stop feeding, then type /mute all in game, every game, forever...

I think that if Riot hand bans your account or something you don't get a report card. Maybe a Rioter was in a game when you said something bad in the chat

In your new ticket do nothing beyond asking for the chat logs.

You'd think they'd want to give them to you so you can see what your problematic behavior was and avoid acting that way in the past. Unless of course their desire is for you to repeat that behavior and get permabanned.

Pretty simple. Your game got hand vetted and you got a manual ban. You deserve it.
