Game tabs to a different window without my input

Happens every hour or so, my game would always tab out by itself, then when i tab back in it does it again, and then it doesnt happen again until an hour or so later. Then it repeats itself. Happens to my csgo too but not as frequently, it's really pissing me off when I play ranked and it pulls this shit in a baron fight or something. I am running windows 8.1 with a gtx 1060 nvidia.
