I never add those people. They're usually just going to tell me to kill my family and burn myself with acid or something. Since they can't be punished outside of game because I have the option to decline their friend request, I just... decline their friend request. I've had one player hop onto an alt account to sneak up on me, but he must be a yandere to be that obsessed with me.
