So I just had a 1 18 6 full ad ivern int in ascension(ya its ascension but his actions are still disgusting) because his pick was banned(not by me),he just went next to the enemy and let them kill him without even walking away,he even admitted he was inting and trolling in chat and called the game as a whole an homophobic slur ,the thing is he was part of a 4 man premade so only I reported him
So my question is,will anything actually happen to him?

A single report is all it takes to make the system review the game. 9 reports doesn't do anything extra.
The other poster is a dedicated troll, you can safely disregard anything he posts.
I feel like he probably won't be banned, mainly because something like that would get you banned in SR but I have a feeling Ascension and RGM matches have lower priority in terms of death count and such. If they didn't call you anything vulgar I wouldn't be surprised if he got away with it.
I had a very similar case (with an Ivern mid in SR claiming to be trolling) and he didn't receive any sort of ban because he played every day after that game for more than a week.
