What are you suggesting? To not be allowed to kill an opponent just because the opponent might be annoyed by it? That's just silly.
thats called psychic games. if the enemy is stupid enough to rage and flame in all chat, i camp that fucker. because he will rage more, chat more and eventually even afk more. only stuff that is good for my team.

As tilting as this might be, its still a viable way to play. Keeps the enemy very weak and one less threat to worry about. Takes a long time to come back from, and thats if they even try at that point. Yes it sucks but as a strat it is very efficient.

Seriously though, if you're playing a chanpion with high damage potential (like Tryndamere or Akali) and I find that I can camp you with little to no harm done to me, I'm doing it. I mean the gold is nice, but keeping such a late game threat starved is the true reward. Plus, sometimes hearing little kids rage because you're stompibg on them is music to my ears (unless a mic is involved, in which case it turns you deaf for two hours).
