I hope your system is worth its salt, because if it's not going to ban a player who runs down the lane 8 times in a row, then goes AFK for 5 minute and then feeds some more, it's as good as non-existing.
And of course you can't show the name because babyrules, I mean, it's not even witchunting at this point, you can't possibly get to lv14 with just 68 cs without leeching it off someone doing nothing.
Sadly, the automated system doesn't seem to be too good at catching players who int. I played with a Twitch a few weeks ago who did a similar thing and just ran down mid all game. Reported them and checked back a week later; their whole match history was filled with new games where they clearly just ran down mid every single game. You'd think after 2-3 games of it, these players would be punished, especially when they say directly in chat "I'm running down mid." Yet somehow they are able to get away with this same behavior for 20+ games in a row, effectively ruining games for around 80 or more players.
