I just had a guy who refused to surrender a match with 2 AFKs.

Why?

Because, and I quote: "I never surrender" "It's only honorable." "And only mental losers and failures like you surrender".

This came from a support Veigar whose favourite pass time was taking all the farm at bot lane and flaming the ADC for feeding.

I'll be completely honest here. I'd rather have people call me a f****t, n****r or whatever they desire, than to have the asshole that "never surrenders" on the team, even a fucking 3v5, just because there's 1:1000000000 chance those two AFKs come back - one of whom rage quit, because he couldn't deal with Veigar's bullshit anymore.
