Accidentally takes buff

So awhile ago I was in a normal game and I got a Teemo Jungle who was starting blue buff, I was playing Orianna, and was auto attacking blue buff to help with the level 1 leash. Then Teemo accidentally missed his smite and I killed the buff with an auto attack. I said I was sorry, and I'd help him leash Gromp, but he decided to back and run down my lane to feed the enemy, he said once he died 12 times he would start trying. He followed through and we were able to win the game, but I still reported him anyways, is that ok, or should I have just let it go?

Dude. If somebody int feeds, you report the bastard.

It isnt magically instant on a report dear. They do review them

You were absolutely correct in reporting him. According to your recap of the events that happened, not only did he intentionally feed, but he admitted it as well. The fact that he would try after 12 deaths means nothing. Intentional feeding is intentional feeding and he put the game in jeopardy by his behavior.
