PSA: Report warnings

friendly reminder that telling someone they've been reported and telling them their behaviour has not been adhering to the codes of conduct recently are two different things. It's not just letting you know you've been reported if they tell you you haven't been adhering to the code of conduct. That's conviction without a proper examination.

It's a notice not a conviction.

Reports are there to establish a pattern of behavior for a player. If you get reported so often that you see that notification, it means there are a lot of people that don't like how you act.

Sure, enough can be falsely made that you get the warning, but it's highly unlikely. You are warned for your own benefit so that in case they weren't false you will have time to change your behavior. If you weren't given instant notification then you might not have time to change your behavior before you get punished.

Would you rather get a false warning or get punished because you didn't realize you were about to get in trouble?
