Is there any protection against this type of behavior?

I don't know why, but the adc in ranked locked in as rakan and said he was trolling because this isn't even his account. Someone dodged but, what is the protection against those types of behaviors? It really does a number on the perceived outcome of a game that does start and only the person that dodges gets a punishment, and if they don't dodge they sit through a game just to potentially get a 50 cent bought account banned or whatever.

nope youre helpless. antimeta picks are no rulebreak and i feel like a lot of people say "isnt my account" even tho it is. dodgeing is legit your best bet. because if you compare it... if you dodge you lose 6min (waittime) and 3 lp. if you dont dodge you lose AT BEST only 20min (the troll will never surrender at 15) and again AT BEST around 10 LP. usually more time and more lp.

Whenever I see that, I screen shot it and report through the support ticket system.

Out of curiosity, I went through my support tickets and I can tell you that going through my own support ticket history with screen shot reports that weren't made in game, NONE of those people have any recent game history (with a minimum of 4 weeks of not playing a game based on their Riot match history).

Although I can't say if the support ticket was the reason those accounts got permabanned, it feels like it helped in creating a record that Riot could look back on and feel confident in permabanning those accounts.
