Are we supposed to report BM in all chat?

Is it appropriate to report a opponents' bm in all chat in the post game screen for unsportsmanlike conduct? I'm not talking about laughing or dancing. I mean things like "You are trash player x", or "Sucks to be you". These things are both the definition of unsporting conduct and a clear violation of the summoners code. I think it is but I also feel that the community could use some clarity.

You can click both, or all the desired areas in a report, if that's what your asking.

I would say yes, it's reportable.

Unsportsmanlike Conduct, and Verbal Abuse.
