Screenlock randomly during death or alt-tab(Gameplay)

I play the game without my screen locked on my champion. Occasionally, my screen will get locked on my champion if I am dead and try to center on where my champion was, or if I alt-tab while I am dead. The problem is that it also becomes impossible to unlock the screen after this happens, I have tried both the y key and clicking on the camera button. Sometimes it will unlock if you die again but the only way to guarantee a fix seems to be alt-f4 and reconnecting which is obviously not ideal. Is there a known way to get around this bug?
