I was Permenantly Banned, Please Unban me.

I've had this account for years, I've spent so much money on it and i JUST got gold V, just before the Pre-Season, I worked so hard!

I just bought RP for my friends!

I went on a crazy winstreak just to do it.

I was toxic sometimes I admit, but people are toxic and cruel on this game, It hurts, I was pain, taking that type of stuff really hurts your mental and emotional state without saying anything back.

I'm not the kind of toxic that shouts at my team or the enemy.

Can't you just permenantly mute me and I can whisper me friends? One guy said "Wish I could turn back time so your parents never birthed you" like what kind of disgusting toxicity is that?

ALl i do is yell how "this is bullshit" "this sucks" "god damn this game needs fucking balanced" thats not toxic and its not flaming another person, its just yelling out my frustrations, you can see the damn chat logs! So there is swearing in it, but the system is automatic its not actually at anyone.

Come on, a PERMENANT ban, really? I can't make another account, I've gotten so much on this account, I've got a variety of different and weird runes for different things, I think I've put like 500 pounds into this account.

Can you please just Unban and either permenantly mute my or I'll just never speak again? I dont ever attack people, I just yell out my frustrations or defend myself against people being disgustingly cruel, rubbing it in my face and kicking me when I'm down when they are already winning, Thats sadistic and cruel! I'm NEVER like that, infact if you look at my chat logs about 25 games ago.

Our ezreal said "Ez" when we won and I said "Shut up, it wasn't easy, well played" Like thats how I am, I constantly work to not be an asshole on this game.

I may have been toxic lately but I was just getting frustrated with a new build that was working then wasn't.

when I lose myself I usually just yell how everything is bullshit, I'm not flaming other people, thats just yelling itself, directed at no-one, but the enemy team and my team seem to feel its directed at them.

Never intentionally fed, just yelled, never afked unless i got dc'd or something come on!

If the system can't pick up the difference between yelling and harrassing other people I won't speak again, I'll just mute everyone and have to do with pings from now on, but god damn I don't deserve a permenant ban, PLEASE!

I can't believe this has happened, this is so unjust, I'm not the problem in this community, Just tell me what I need to do to be unbanned.
