Can we request a penalty removal if we have evidence of a non-duoed troll?

I don't mean someone going 0/8 because they're bad. I'm talking about only chat-related baiting. "I will feed" "Who wants free kills" "Coming mid to feed" Things that show evidence of a troll. I don't want to waste 20 minutes sitting around with a troll feeder. I don't care about the lp, make me lose double, just let me get out of that game, it's bad for my emotional health. Can we write support tickets in the cases it happens? Edit: I do not mean chat restriction/14-day/permabans. I mean dodge penalties or leaverbuster penalties. Sorry for the miscommunication.

If the troll explicitly forced you to say things, then you may be able to request removal with a support ticket.

If you decided to flame them because you wanted to, the penalty will not be removed. You are free to be unhappy with someone's play, but you are not free to flame in chat.

Sucks running into trolls, you can leave the game if you want, but run the risk of getting low priority queue.

You can request a penalty removal.
