Look over your chat logs and tell me if you would be proud if you said this kind of stuff in front of your grandma or your boss or whoever else you look up to in your life. If not then its not acceptable. The "he did it first" mentality is very childish and isn't a justification.
Don't worry, those people will get a ban eventually too, they just might not have had as many offenses as you and are only on chat restrictions right now.
I strongly suggest you read the Terms of Use before you spend any more money on this game. It tells you what behavior will result in you getting punished. The next step after a 14 day ban is a PERMANENT ban so you need to change your behavior if you want to keep your account.
